He advanced to the role of deputy, where he further developed his skills in community engagement and emergency response. As he climbed the ranks to sergeant, Darren led a talented team of officers and developed strategic safety initiatives. His experience as a SWAT operator equipped him to handle dynamic and challenging situations with expertise and composure.
